It's perched atop a rocky outcrop with an inlet close by and there, a beach curving below. It's practically private since it would be difficult for a mortal to navigate the rocks that block the eastern side. To the west, no-one can pass except for strong swimmers at low tide.
I easily could moor the yacht out there on those soft, black waters.
There's a bonus too, a natural cave far below the house. I explored it when I awoke and it's curiously restful with the breath of the ocean echoing around me like the pull of a salty heart.
